I have been helping mother's for over 10 years as a massage therapist and doula. I am originally from Omaha Nebraska where I practiced massage at a chiropractic office. I have since started certification through spinning babies, studying from Claire Marie Miller of Nurturing the Mother, and taking classes with Penny Simpkin of Doulas of North America. My massage style judges the right mixture of Swedish and Deep Tissue for each session to release tension while still creating a relaxing experience. I have a passion for helping mothers achieve a healthy and joyful pregnancy and birth through body work and mentality. That's why I continue to coach with my doula skills and study areas of maternal health.

Tara’s got magic in her hands. I’ve gotten several massages from her and man she has fixed some chronic pains for me. She even massaged a migraine away for me while I was pregnant and couldn’t take medication for it. And I get BAD migraines that last for days. This girl’s got the magic touch and she’s just so so so humble and kind. Can’t say enough good things about her.
